- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Provide support to other departments as needed Qualifications - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff - Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
