Responsibilities:
Assist crew members in daily tree care operations.
Clean-up operations and any necessary assistance.
Assist Trimmers and Foreman when needed.
Control lowering ropes and supply tools for tree workers.
Control road and sidewalk traffic as needed, using warning devices.
Provide quality customer service and proper job site cleanup.
Maintain, prepare and use tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws and chippers).
Comprehend and apply the Employee Safety Requirements.
Understand and perform first aid.
Act responsibly in emergency situations.
Learn various aspects of tree care.
Qualifications:
If you are a team player, good communicator, take direction well, hardworking, have a good attitude, want to learn, and friendly, we'd like to talk with you! HS diploma, GED or equivalency, preferred but not required.
Experience preferred, but will train the right person.
Must be physically able to work in the year-around outdoor environment preforming manual labor.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
